I know it sounds too simple, but studies show that when you actually schedule an event or activity on your To Do list or calendar, you are more likely to get it done.
So, what should you schedule? For me, I make sure I schedule my exercise time, my #1 task that I want to get done that day to work on my big goal, as well as the normal work stuff.
