The gym, of course, is everyone’s first stop when they need a good workout. But when the gym is full, it’s hard to stay motivated to do a full workout. You have to wait for machines, or for weights, and it’s easy to just throw your hands up and give up when it’s difficult to do what you need to do.
The solution? Work out on the weekends.
Studies show that people tend to work out more at the beginning of the week than they do at the end. That means that more treadmills will be free on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays than on a Monday.
Scheduling your workouts at weird times like early in the morning or late at night may be helpful, too! The worst time to work out? After work. This is when everybody tries to hit the gym!
