Some classes may be large so the only way to get to know your teachers is to introduce yourself after class or during office hours. Also, take advantage of your college facilities! There is so much to offer so make the most of it!
Personal Tip: Make sure you keep balanced. Focus on a healthy combination of school, work, exercise and a social life.
