Lucille Beseler MS,RDN, LDN,CDE – Smartte Nutrition ExpertLucille is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator and professional speaker. She founded the Family Nutrition Center of South Florida in 1991. FNC is a comprehensive practice providing in office consultations, as well as nutrition services to hospitals and other community organizations with a proven track record of providing nutrition counseling with cost effective outcomes to children,teens, families, and individuals in South Florida. Lucille is a professional speaker, sought after for her motivational upbeat approach. She has spoken at national and state meetings, and corporate events. Her media experience includes television and radio. As an author, her book- Nurturing with Nutrition: The essential guide for feeding infants and toddlers- is a 200 page how to book for parents on the principles of feeding their infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. The impetus for her book came from working with children and their families for the last 27 years. The book receives rave reviews from parents, grandparents and everyone who cares for children. She is the Nutrition Consultant for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital – Hollywood, FL for the Craniofacial program and the Cystic Fibrosis Center. Volunteer Positions: Lucille was elected in 2011-2014 by her colleagues to serve on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
