When you schedule a workout for the early morning hours, you’re already making a healthy choice. Unfortunately, though, it’s easy to hit the snooze button and forget all about that workout plan when you’re tired from a busy schedule. That’s why fitness experts recommend sleeping in your workout clothes, and keeping your socks and sneakers near your bed. That way, when you wake up, there’s no excuse not to just get out of bed and get going! You’re also shortening your morning routine, which will let you sleep a little longer anyway. By preparing the night before, you make your morning workout less work, and more fun!
